check out what I am drinking.
It's just bottled water with raspberries and mint, it was just divine and refreshing, I must have drank four glasses!
Simply purchase bottled water, frozen raspberries and fresh mint and viola -- sweet and simple! I suppose you could make your own concoction with lime, cucumbers, oranges, cherries, strawberries... the possiblities are endless and get this, hardly any calories! Woot-woot!
Enjoy and hydrate yourselves -- summer is coming.

Ehhh... not thrilled, as I have amped up my exercise routine, however, I must consider hormones, if you know what I mean.
