Greetings from Bordeaux!
Last week I made a new committment to get back on track and I have!! Yay!
Yet, the scale says I gained 3 more pounds. Boo!
LAST WEEK: 159
THIS WEEK: 162
I was shocked to see this, especially since a few weeks ago I was 155. It is exasperating to see all my hard work go down the toilet, yet I am responsible. I must be responsible and do what needs to be done.
On reflection, I have been eating with gusto lately.
On a positive note, I am getting more exercise! The weather has be more accomidating and I have been riding my bike more, taking Cachou for walks on the Quai, and enjoying the spring sun!
This week, I will be more conscience of what I am eating and balance it out accordingly.
This is what the author of French Women Don't Get Fat recommends. And yes, I will be
re-reading chapters of that book for inspiration. I will also keep a food and exercise diary this week and post it on next week's reality check.

As I mentioned, I have been getting more exercise... riding my bike, I did a bellydance video this morning and yoga! Check out my morning commute to work (done Tuesday the 16th)!!
