Due to technical difficulties yesterday, I am checking in today to share my progress.
Last week after a lot of French food and wine and spirits, I weighed in at 160.
UPDATE: I originally posted 156, however, I did not verify against last week's post.
This week, I am coming in at 155.
A LOSS OF FIVE POUNDS
However, it seems I am stuck here. I keep flucuating between 155-160 depending on the day.
Lately, the weather has been cloudy and cold, so wanting to do anything outside,
exercise wise, has been difficult. I also realized that if there is food in front of me, I want to eat it and will eat it, even if I just had lunch! What is THAT about?!
Last Week: 160
This Week: 155
The silver lining is that I have started doing a squat challenge and stretching exercises at home, plus I still ride my bike to and from work at least once a week! I believe I eat well
