Velvet and Delightfully Devilish!
You should really make this soup!
I am unable to describe to you how wonderful the taste of this simple savory dish.
Please try and enjoy!
BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
pat of butter
1/4 onion - chopped
1/2 boullion cube
1 clove of garlic - chopped
Total Time: 40 minutes
The difficult portion of this recipe and the most time consuming is the cutting, peeling and dicing, however once completed (15-20 minutes maybe) it was worth the work.
Also, please dice the garlic and onion in advance.
Important Note: This recipe wakens your senses! Your nose will be tickled pink.
In the meantime, in a saucepan with a pat of butter, start caramelizing the garlic and onions you chopped in advance.
When they smell divine, add the squash, mix well, and allow the flesh to warm.
Transfer back to saucepan, add salt and pepper for taste and VIOLA!
As you can see, I added chili pepper, however, cinnamon, a tablespoon of sour cream, or cheese on top, it is to your taste!

Frenchified for Life
is a fabulous little lifestyle blog about truly embracing French life!
My intent is to simply inspire you to create something unique and beautiful in your everyday life. The French have this wonderful and annoying habit of seeing the world through rose colored glasses, might as well learn something from them!
That said, I lift my glass to you!
By the way, I mention the name Cachou (or The Cash) a lot, I'm referring to her...
